Return and Refund Policy

At www.offshegoes.net, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is an outline of our return and refund policy, in compliance with European and Norwegian consumer rights.

Right to Cancel (Angrerett)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with the Norwegian Angrerettloven and EU Consumer Rights Directive.

  • To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us via email at info@offshegoes.net, with the fully filled standard form for revocation, that you can find here.

  • You must return the item(s) within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to cancel.

  • The returned item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

  • Please note that shipping costs for the return are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Perishable goods 

  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Make sure you check your Product(s) once you receive your package. Any harm from delivery must be accounted for to Off She Goes within 14 days of receipt of the item(s). 

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@offshegoes.net. We might ask you to provide us with photographic evidence.

  •  We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement for unworn items in their original condition and packaging, defective and/or incorrect items.

  • Products that are returned as faulty and show signs of damage which are not the result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted. This includes accidental, malicious or wearer related damages.

  • The customer bears the full responsibility for ensuring the item is returned successfully unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Warranty and Complaints

  • Items are covered by a 2-year warranty under Norwegian Forbrukerkjøpsloven.

  • If you experience issues with your product, please contact us at info@offshegoes.net with a description of the issue and proof of purchase.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • www.offshegoes.net is not liable for damages caused by improper use of products or for indirect losses such as lost profits or business interruptions.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
