Right to Cancel (Angrerett)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with the Norwegian Angrerettloven and EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us via email at info@offshegoes.net, with the fully filled standard form for revocation, that you can find here.

You must return the item(s) within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to cancel.

The returned item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Please note that shipping costs for the return are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Defective or Incorrect Items

Make sure you check your Product(s) once you receive your package. Any harm from delivery must be accounted for to Off She Goes within 14 days of receipt of the item(s).

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@offshegoes.net. We might ask you to provide us with photographic evidence.

We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement for unworn items in their original condition and packaging, defective and/or incorrect items.

Products that are returned as faulty and show signs of damage which are not the result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted. This includes accidental, malicious or wearer related damages.

The customer bears the full responsibility for ensuring the item is returned successfully unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Warranty and Complaints

Items are covered by a 2-year warranty under Norwegian Forbrukerkjøpsloven.
